Introduction to Me and My Blog.
Here let me do a proper introduction! My name is Sicily Marie and I am a teenager living in the midwest. Since I am only a teenager I definitely have a lot to learn still, but I am hoping that I can take what I have learned and share it with others. Ever since I was younger I always felt that I wanted to make a change in the world. I used to think it had to be ending world hunger, or another dramatic change. However, I now realize that even helping one person in their own life can make a huge difference. I hope that this blog can help other teens just like me to enjoy life more and to realize that life has so much more to offer than we think! I want to cover everything from my lifestyle to fashion to advice to just having fun! I have been told by many that I am mature beyond my years and I hope that that translates into what I will be publishing for you.
How Did the Blog Idea Come About?
I have always loved writing. English has been one of my favorite subjects for a while because I love writing. I like writing anywhere from creative free writes to informative analysis'. I also recently got into taking pictures, and I am currently finishing up a photography class at school. I figured that a blog would be a great place to talk about life and be able to apply my photography and writing skills. I also love giving advice and seeing how much I can help someone. I feel like even if this blog only helps one person to realize something, then I have done by job. I hope too that you guys can help me learn more about life too, through this process.
Being Honest
I am going to be very real and honest with everyone reading this, I have never done a blog nor do I now how to start one. I am just running with this idea hoping that people enjoy it. This blog isn't going to be perfect and every article I write may not be perfectly spelled or punctuated, but I will do my best! All of the advice or things I say that I am doing in my life have worked for me, but they may not work for everyone. So please keep this in mind while reading. Hopefully you will relate and we will all learn from each other.
